My recent layoff from Uncrewing was as result of me becoming insanely busy with the mortgage market moving like it has. I do not plan on leaving my half dozen loyal readers in the cold ever again. From now on I will post on Monday, Wednesday and Friday.
Monday's posts will most likely have a lot of information regarding real estate deals along the Wasatch Front because we see a lot of activity on the MLS over the weekend. Wednesday will be devoted primarily to educational posts, while Friday will usually have updated HUD home information along with any other random junk I want to throw in there.
I'm very excited about how the market is moving right now. People with the ability to move on deals in this market are going to make tons of money.
