It's been quite a while since I last posted. I don't really know anyone who actually visits this blog regularly, so I'm sure no one really cared that I was gone. I have seen some pretty nice deals floating around, and I'll try to get the word out on some of them.

In an industry full of money hungry opportunists, manipulative sharks, and crooks, it's tough not to get screwed. Whether it be paying exorbitant real estate commissions, being unaware of YSP charged by mortgage brokers, or just not getting the best deal possible, most people have been cheated in one way or another.
