HUDs Are Smoking Deals Right Now

There are just over 25 HUD homes listed on the market right now, alot of which are on daily bid deadlines.  This makes a HUD home a decent option for someone looking to buy a house to live in.  HUDs are already appraised and given an as-is value before they are put on the market.  The price you see is the as-is value.  Any time you are able to pick up a HUD for substantially less than they are asking, you'll find yourself in a good spot.  If you can pick any of these up for 20-30k less than they are asking, you'll be set.
