There have been a lot of changes lately in the real estate community. One major example is that of the Utah Real Estate Purchase Contract (REPC). I am planning on getting a tutorial put up. I have purchased the software to do it, I just haven't had time. Hopefully I'll get motivated enough to upload one this weekend. I've got to manage my time between yard work and perusing the internets.
