Tibbs Says: At 144k, with closing costs paid, this property should make sense as an investment. There should be some value in the home that is lost because it is in poor showing condition. Any time you see that a home is not FHA eligible, it usually means that there is some damage to the house that the FHA would require to be fixed. That being said, this house probably needs some work, and if you are willing to do it, you'll probably end up with 10-20k equity.

: I like that this house has somewhat of an entryway leading to the front door. The problem is that it looks like crap. If you were able to fix this thing up, it would be a decent deal for a house with 3300 sq. feet in WJ. I'd want the sellers to pay closing costs, so you can focus more funds towards rehabbing the property.
