Proven HUD Bidding Strategy

Last month, I mentioned that it would be good strategy to bid on HUD homes once they had daily bid deadlines. Daily bid deadlines come into play when no one bid on the property before the initial deadline had passed. This property I mentioned in my post last month was put under contract for $114,000, while the as-is value was $130,000. By employing a good marketing strategy, one could sell the property as-is for a quick profit, or cutesy it up a little and easily pull in over $140000 for the house.
