In Utah, Arizona, Colorado, Michigan, Montana, Nevada, and Wyoming, real estate agents put bids on homes through Michaelson, Connor and Boul's website. If you want information about bid history, statistics, results, and new listings, you can access the info on their website www.mcbreo.com .
www.mcbreo.com will give you more information than you could imagine. The internet is full of teaser websites claiming to have info on HUDs, but this is truly the only reliable source for HUD homes in our area. Have a look at the site and tinker around a little bit. Speaking of HUD Homes, there has been an increase in the amount of homes that have hit the market, which means it could be a good time to pick one up since you won't be competing with a tons of people for only one property. While there was only one new listing, there have been a couple of deals throughout the state that I think I will mention in my next post.
