I'm not sure what's been going on, but over the last 2 days I've seen a huge increase in short sales. It will be interesting to see what's been causing it.

This home is a short sale, the list price is probably a teaser, but if it could be picked up for less than 180k, this property is a no brainer. Objective: Fix and Flip
