There has been a lot of activity on the HUD front recently. So much activity in fact, I feel like it would be prudent to mention some great deals statewide, instead of the usual Salt Lake County Properties. Cedar City, Saint George and Saratoga Springs make the list today.
Saratoga Springs.
Purchase Price: $190,000
Tibbs Price: $170,000
Notes: A home just down the road was approved for short sale by the lender at $180,000. Picking this thing up for 170k would be a great deal, considering it's over 2,200 sq. feet
St. George.
Purchase Price: $128,000
Tibbs Price: $125,000
Notes: Personally, I'd love to grab this thing as an investment property, or second home. Awesome property!
Cedar City.

Tibbs Price: $130,000
Notes: Southern Utah seems to be a hotbed for good HUD deals lately. It might be a good time to pick up some properties, and try and hold on to them until the next boom.
