This thing is priced at an amazing 175k for 3600 sq. feet in Taylorsville. It's a nice house in an amazing area, and it's priced so competitively because it has foundation problems. The real estate agent said estimates on the damage range from 40k to 80k.

I had a chance to go through the property and check it out last week, and it was pretty impressive. The interior obviously needed some updating, cleaning, carpet, and paint, but it was HUGE. It's got an awesome 3 level deck in the backyard with a built in hot tub. The coolest thing about the house was that you could noticeably one half of the house leaning the other direction.

If you've got an in with a foundation expert who will do the work for you for free. This thing is an awesome buy. Otherwise, steer clear of houses with foundation issues.
