No Properties really caught my eye today. We'll look to see what tomorrow holds for us.
I was able to put this little gem under contract today as a fix and flip:

I picked this home in West Valley up at $184,000 with the seller paying $3,500 in closing costs. This house comps out at 210-225k, so I should make out pretty well on the property. I will post an update when the property sells.

The key with this property was timing. The sellers actually had multiple offers which were higher than mine, but since I was able to close quickly, they accepted my offer instead of the higher priced ones. I will be closing on this in about a week, and hopefully will have it back on the market within 2 weeks after that.
